Rental Terms for the Taylor Creek Cabins
We have set out a number of terms and conditions which we hope will make your stay at the Taylor Creek cabins enjoyable for yourself and all of your neighbours. The cabins are for a maximum of 4 people per cabin. We are on a septic system and do not want to over load it.
We will permit guests to bring a dog at an additional cost of $20 per night. In some cases we will permit an additional dog if it is small. This dog will also be liable for the additional charge. When we have dogs in a cabin, housekeeping spends extra time cleaning everything for the next guests. We are imposing this charge out of experience.
NO CATS under any circumstances. A lot of cats have been taken by the local coyotes and they have developed a taste for them. In addition, some people are allergic to cat dander. We are not prepared to fumigate a cabin after a cat has been present in order to remove all allergins for any subsequent guest.
CHECK IN TIME. 2pm unless otherwise arranged.
CHECK OUT TIME. 10.30am unless otherwise arranged.
BOOKING DEPOSIT.We require a booking deposit of $100.00(US) for the cabins before the booking is confirmed. The deposit for the house is
CANCELLATION.We accept cancellations up to 28 days prior to the date of arrival. Refer to our policy here.
PRIVATE ACCESS WATER. Our private access water is bounded at each end by private property. The owners do not permit public access under any circumstances. Make sure you familiarize yourself with the boundaries on each end. The owners police their water and do not take kindly to intruders. You will be given clear instructions when you arrive.
